Why we exist
Most “free” company-formation sites make their money by funnelling you to the product that pays them the most, whether or not it’s right for you. We thought founders deserved better: a tool that asks a few questions and recommends the setup that actually fits, with a plain reason behind every step and a clear label wherever the best option earns us nothing.
What we do
We’re a recommendation and comparison service, not a formation agent. Answer a few questions and we’ll build a personalised startup stack, covering formation, banking, accounting and more, plus calculators and guides to help you decide. Where a partner is a good fit, we’ll point you to them; if we earn a referral fee, we tell you.
Advice first, fees second
We recommend what genuinely fits your situation. A referral fee never moves a partner up our list, and where the best answer is free, we say so.
Plain English, always
Company formation, banking, accounting and tax are full of jargon. We translate it into clear, practical steps you can actually follow.
